Welcome to my website! I'm Myrna CG Mibus, a writer based in Northfield, Minnesota.

Though I've written about topics ranging from aviation to afternoon tea, most of my work now is focused on writing about family, motherhood, and life.

I'm a bicyclist, amateur baker, private pilot, and mom of two young adults. After raising our kids out in the country on a residential airport (yes, we had a runway in our backyard), my husband, Owen, and I recently downsized and moved to the town of Northfield with our Border Terrier, Rocket. In addition to being a writer, I also work part-time as a bookseller at a wonderful indie bookshop, Content Bookstore, in the heart of Northfield.

Writing and Reading – Goals for 2022

Oh my! We’re well into 2022 but I haven’t posted about my Writing and Reading Goals for 2022. I set writing goals back at a writing retreat in February (led by my wonderful friend, writing mentor and coach, Kate Hopper) and I got to work on them. But I didn’t formally announce what they are…
